Conglomerate my existence
But wouldn’t devour me whole
Black under incandescence
And gray for the night
In between them
Lies my illuminated landscape
That separates realms
Of dark and of light.
My innocence
Seeks light but he recedes
And the night, she, chase
Along the lines of shadows
A trap set labyrinth,
A creator’s spell
In the width of straw..
Unseen and unnoticed
Here I am
..The penumbra..

Inspired by bendatha..thanks to you

A partial shadow is a duality, yes? Like the symbol for yin and yang, though not as clear-cut.
Gray... If it were to be shade of life, it would be a state in itself which is real enough. Sigh. I sometimes wonder what it's like to have a child's sense of wonder... I have lost mine at the very least; at the most, I have forgotten I've ever had one. :(
A thought-provoking piece yet again, dear. ^_^ Thank you.
lovely..brilliant :D i'm floored!!!

Darkness exists not by itself but by the absence of light!!
